How long does shipping take?
If in stock, 24-48 h. If the unit is custom-made, between 7 and 14 working days. Free express shipping across mainland Spain with full insurance.
Do you ship to the Balearic and Canary Islands?
Yes. For the Balearic and Canary Islands we calculate shipping separately; message us on WhatsApp and we confirm it right away.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes. We ship to more than 70 countries. Within mainland Spain shipping is free. Across continental Europe (Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Poland, Czechia and neighbours) it is 149 € per photo booth and 19.90 € for consumables and accessories. In northern Europe, the islands and North Africa, 249 € and 29.90 €. To the rest of the world (Americas, Asia, Oceania and Africa) transport goes by sea or air: 990 € per photo booth and 79.90 € for accessories, with import duties and VAT payable at destination. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer instalment payments with an official VAT invoice for freelancers and companies. Tell us about your case and we explain the options.
What warranty do the units have?
3-year official factory warranty and unlimited lifetime technical support. As direct manufacturers, we resolve any issue with no middlemen.
