Terms of the «A Year of Snap360» Prize Draw

These terms govern the promotional prize draw «A Year of Snap360», organised by ComprarFotomatón. Taking part implies accepting them in full.

The draw is promoted through the website comprarfotomaton.com and through emails sent by the Organiser. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social network.

Two: Prize

The prize is one (1) PLAN PRO licence of Snap360App for twelve (12) months, counted from its activation. Snap360App is the software a photo booth uses to record, edit and share the videos from an event.

The reference public price of that licence is €239.99 per year (VAT included), which is the maximum value of the prize for all purposes.

• The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product or service.
• The licence is subject to the terms of use of the software provider, which is not the Organiser.
• As the prize does not exceed €300, no payment on account is due for prizes in kind. Should the Organiser replace the prize with one of a higher value, it would state so in these terms before doing so.

Three: Who May Take Part

Natural persons over 18 years of age resident in one of these countries may take part:

• Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Greece and Bulgaria.

Anyone signing up to the newsletter from another country still joins the mailing list, but does not take part in the draw. The form says so before the country is chosen.

People with an employment or professional relationship with the Organiser, and their relatives up to the second degree, may not take part.

Four: How to Take Part

Taking part is free of charge and requires no purchase. It is enough to sign up to the ComprarFotomatón newsletter through the form on the website, providing name, email address, phone number and country.

• One entry per person, identified by their email address. Repeated entries are discarded without notice.
• Entries with incomplete, false or third-party data, and those obtained by automated means, are also discarded.
• Unsubscribing from the newsletter before the draw means giving up the entry, since the winner is notified by email.

Five: Period and Date of the Draw

The draw is open from the publication of these terms and has no scheduled closing date.

When the Organiser decides to close it, it will announce this thirty (30) calendar days in advance, on this same page and by email to the people signed up. The draw will be held within the fifteen (15) calendar days following the closing.

Six: How the Winner Is Chosen

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, using a random system, and it will be recorded in an internal record of the Organiser. The draw is not held before a notary: this is not mandatory for a promotional draw of these characteristics.

The winner will be notified by email, at the address used to take part, within seven (7) calendar days following the draw.

Seven: If the Winner Does Not Reply

The winner has ten (10) calendar days from the notification to accept the prize. After that period without a reply, or if they decline, the entry is annulled and a new draw is held among the remaining valid entries, with the same procedure and the same deadlines.

Eight: Publication of the Winner's Name

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the Organiser to publish their first name and the initial of their surname on the website and in the newsletter, for the sole purpose of communicating the result of the draw and without this giving rise to any right to remuneration. They may object to that publication by writing to info@comprarfotomaton.com, without this affecting delivery of the prize.

Nine: Data Protection

The data provided to take part is processed by Two Millions Dreams S.L. for the purpose of managing the draw and sending the newsletter that the entry signs up to. The legal basis is consent, given when the form is sent.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in every email, and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Ten: Amendment and Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms on justified grounds or to cancel the draw for reasons of force majeure, announcing this through the same means in which it was published. No amendment may harm the rights already acquired by those who took part under the previous terms.

The Organiser may exclude from the draw, without prior notice, any entry in which it detects fraud, abuse or manipulation of the system.

Eleven: Applicable Law and Complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

For any complaint you may write to info@comprarfotomaton.com. If the participant has consumer status, the courts and tribunals determined in each case by the applicable consumer legislation will have jurisdiction, and these terms do not limit that right.

Twelve: Acceptance

Taking part in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and of the Organiser's judgement in resolving any matter not provided for in them.
