Market figures come from public sources in each country and are given as ranges, because price spread in this industry is wide and a single number would be a lie with a decimal point.

What a Photo Booth Costs to Buy
Factory prices from our workshop in Spain, no reseller in between, 3 year warranty and software licence included. Prices exclude VAT:

Cost per Print, the Number Almost Nobody Publishes
This decides whether a printing booth actually makes money. It is the price of the media box divided by the prints it yields, using our catalogue prices.
The practical reading: the QW410 costs about five times more per print than the other two. It is not a bad printer, you are paying to carry it with one hand. For a fixed installation or high volume work, that per print premium eats the cheaper purchase within one season.
What Operators Charge to Rent One Out
In Spain our own rental package starts at €350 plus VAT per event, including delivery, props, lighting, red carpet and an attendant on site.
Verified public rates in other markets, August 2026:
- Mexico: 3,000 to 12,500 MXN per event. Mexico City 3,500 to 11,000, Guadalajara 3,000 to 9,500, Monterrey 3,900 to 12,500.
- Colombia: 700,000 to 1,300,000 COP for two hours, extra hour 150,000 to 250,000.
- Chile: 50,000 to 120,000 CLP, usually hourly or in packages.
- Peru: S/ 800 to S/ 1,200 for a two to three hour basic service, entry offers near S/ 600.
- Brazil: R$ 1,500 to R$ 5,000 per event, packages up to five hours, entry from R$ 900.
What the Software Costs
The only line you pay every month, and the only one that does not change by country. Taken from each vendor's own pricing page:
Snap360App: €24.99/month, or €239.99/year which is €19.99/month. Diamond Pro €36.99/month or €359.99/year. Unlimited events, iOS and Android, free trial with a watermark.
LumaBooth: around $18 to $20 a month, iOS only. The Windows product, formerly dslrBooth, is licensed per device from $59, with a subscription near $49.99/month or about $17/month billed annually.
Snappic: $69/month on Starter, $189 Business, $279 Premium, $399 Scale, or $29 per event, with a 14 day trial and no card.
How Long It Takes to Pay for Itself
Machine price divided by margin per event, with no creative accounting. A €2,690 spinner at €350 plus VAT per booking, after travel and labour, pays for itself for most Spanish operators between event 10 and event 14.
Two things move that number. Season: in Spain the bulk of the revenue lands between May and October, so the calendar matters more than the price. And format: a 360 booth without printing has no per event media cost, which makes it the highest unit margin product in the catalogue.
