Returns and Warranty Policy

This policy governs the conditions of warranty, return and refund of the products purchased on the website comprarfotomaton.com, owned by Two Millions Dreams S.L. (NIF B13744396), with registered office at Calle Correa de Araujo Nº 2, 41702 Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). It is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and by the applicable Spanish and European Union regulations.

1. Legal Warranty for Manufacturing Defects (3 Years)

All our equipment comes with the 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity or manufacturing defects, in accordance with the consumer legislation in force. Within this period, and subject to proof of the defect, the customer will be entitled to the repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, as technically appropriate and in a proportionate manner.

• The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing or conformity defects of the equipment. It does not cover damage arising from improper use, negligence, handling by unauthorised third parties, impacts, drops, electrical surges, normal wear of consumables or causes unrelated to manufacturing.
• To process the warranty, it is essential to present the invoice or proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may request images, videos or diagnostic evidence before authorising any action.
• The repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable time. The shipping costs of the equipment to the technical service during the warranty period will be managed in accordance with the law applicable in each case.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days: Consumers Only)

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and private users (natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession). The customer has 14 calendar days, from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification, by expressly notifying info@comprarfotomaton.com.

For the withdrawal to be accepted, the product must be returned meeting all of the following conditions:

• The product complete, with all its accessories, components, manuals and items included in the original delivery.
• Unused beyond the mere checking necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and operation, as would be permitted in a physical establishment.
• In its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The customer bears in full the costs and management of the return: transport, transport insurance and packaging suitable to protect the equipment, given its volume and value. We recommend taking out transport insurance, since damage caused during the return shipment is the customer's responsibility.

In accordance with the law, we may deduct from the refund the depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to check its nature, characteristics and operation, as well as the amount corresponding to any damage, use or missing items.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, the following cases, among others, are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Customised or made-to-measure equipment configured according to the customer's specifications (for example, personalised vinyl wraps or lettering, custom-configured software, specific finishes or adaptations). As they are goods made in accordance with the consumer's instructions or clearly personalised, they cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
• Opened or unsealed consumables (paper, ink, ribbons and other consumables) whose seal has been removed, for reasons of hygiene, safety or impossibility of resale.

4. Business-to-Business Purchases (B2B)

Purchases made by companies, self-employed persons or professionals acting within the framework of their economic activity are NOT subject to the consumer's right of withdrawal, which the law reserves for private individuals. In these transactions only the warranty for manufacturing defects described in section 1 applies, under the agreed terms and in accordance with the applicable commercial regulations. Returns due to a change of mind or for reasons unrelated to a proven defect of the product are not accepted.

5. Refunds

The refund will be made only after receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition and of compliance with the above conditions. Once verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same means of payment used in the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

• From the amount to be refunded, the depreciation due to use or damage, the value of any missing items and any cost that may legally be passed on to the customer may be deducted.
• The transport, insurance and packaging costs of the return, which are borne by the customer in exercising the withdrawal, will not be refunded.

6. How to Process a Return or Incident

To initiate any return, exercise the right of withdrawal or report a warranty incident, write to us at info@comprarfotomaton.com or by WhatsApp at +34 722 617 652, stating your details, the invoice number and the reason. We will confirm the steps, the return address and the applicable conditions before you make any shipment. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

7. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Spanish law and European Union consumer regulations. For any dispute, the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with the law will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights afforded to the consumer.
